Definitely the second, please change it if you can (at first I wrote wog pl). It's line 94. There is updated file:

We prefer "theModders" or "theMODDERS" than "The Modders", but it's anyway ok. Although we haven't "Gothic" in name, we were from the start gathered around modding of this one game and our attempts to expand in diffrent directions came later.

"Converting and dubbing files with parallel analysis" - I have a problem with understanding what it can mean. In german it's somewhat diffrent - "Konvertierung und Synchronisation von Dateien mit paralleler Analyse", but I don't know this language well and would prefer to translate from english. In Russian "Идёт процесс конвертации файлов озвученных диалогов с параллельным анализом", but I don't know it at all, and can use only Google Translate to understand single words.

"Dubbing" is used as verb (copying) (it seems so, but it may be mistake), or noun (recorded speech) (russian translation seems to mean  this) ?

Depending on this it can be translated to either "Konwersja i kopiowanie plików z równoległą analizą" or "Konwersja plików dubbingu z równoległą analizą". German translation on the other hand has something about synchronisation, what doesn't appear in English nor Russian.

But there is no "Nachsynchronisation", just "Synchronisation von Dateien".

This means that there are three processes are carried out immediately:
- Analysis of the contents of Mod/VDF files;
- Convert music files dialogues from format Ogg  to Wave;
- Creating a volume Gothic Mod/VDF.

They all run at once.

Ok, I translated it as "Analiza i przebudowa woluminów GothicVDFS oraz równoległa konwersja plików z dubbingiem." ("Analysis and rebuild of Gothic-VDFS volumes and parallel conversion of files with dubbing").
I can't say for sure for German translation, but I recommend to correct English one. This sentence is just one of many with very dubious syntax and meaning hard to understand.

Probably the culprit was word "and". "Converting and dubbing files" has very diffrent meaning than "Converting dubbing files".

You must be kidding me that native speaker checked this. Sometimes I can assume that something is slang term I don't know, but some sentences look like translated with Google Translate.

The whole file is written in similar quality. "Describe all the errors encountered, if they do occur. Otherwise, the proper operation of unsubscribe." - both me and Adanos have no clue what the second sentence can mean and I can't derive it from context. I will skip it for now.

I had also problem with
"If you install this package disappears sound dialogue of the characters play*, then look in the game directory ..\Gothic II\_work\Data\Scripts\Content\Cutscene
what it contains files."
Finally I translated it as "Jeśli po instalacji tej paczki dźwięki dialogów zniknęły*, sprawdź jakie pliki zawiera folder ..\Gothic II\_work\Data\Scripts\Content\Cutscene", what means:
"If after installation of this package, dialogue sounds disappeared, check what files contains directory ..\Gothic II\_work\Data\Scripts\Content\Cutscene". But it hasn't much sense, because I suppose that something should be done with this knowledge and it isn't checking for just checking.

I had also problem with

Initially, there was a problem with the English (International) version of the game. For example, the version of the game Gothic 2 Gold(by GOG).
In these versions, the catalog of the game:
..\Gothic II\_work\Data\Scripts\Content\Cutscene
contains other files (OU.dat, OU.lsc), instead of the standard (OU.bin, OU.csl), Gothic2.exe only reads them.

This is now fixed.
But anyway, if there are problems with the game, these two directories will definitely need to be archived.

OK, this one strange sentence was corrected, but there is still:
"Support for any permits monitors."
Meaning of this sentence is easy to guess, it means probably "Support for any screen resolution.".

"Otherwise, the proper operation of unsubscribe.".
On the other hand, this is too disorted to be understood and I can't translate it without further explainations - this is copy-pasta from GT.
Using GT ru->pl I can just guess that it means "Otherwise, write that it worked correctly".

//edit: well, it seems that it's easier to translate some parts of this file using Google Translate from Russian than by trying to understand this broken English
