Pomocy! Problem z teksturą.

Witam.
Ostatnio zrobiłem sobie nową teksturkę zbroi paladyna.  Pomalowałem ją tak:http://ifotos.pl/zobacz/paladynpn_enrppeh.png/
Z nie wiadomych przyczyn zbroja w grze wygląda tak kamiennie.
Nie wiem co zrobić.

@4up. Stworzyłem nową texturę i wrzuciłem ją do folderu textures.  Zrobiłem nowy .asc na podstawie pancerza paladyna tylko zmieniłem bitmap. Skrypt zrobiłem raczej dobry bo nie wyskakują błędy. Ale kiedy założyłem zbroje w grze wyskoczył błąd d:tga czy coś tam.

Tekstura jest w formacie tga? Tylko ten format (poza TEX dla skompilowanych) jest czytany przez Gothica.

Może mam coś źle w pliku .asc bo nadal jest ta kamena textura.
